Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Printora Referral Program (“Program”). By generating a referral link or participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms in addition to Printora's general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

  • Be a registered Printora customer with a verified account
  • Have made at least one qualifying purchase on Printora
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not be referring yourself (self-referrals are prohibited)
  • Not be referring users who already have a Printora account

2. How It Works

  1. You receive a unique personal referral link from your Printora account
  2. You share your link with friends who have not yet registered on Printora
  3. When a new user registers through your link, a 30-day tracking cookie is set on their device
  4. If the new user completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, you receive a reward
  5. The referred user receives a discount on their first order as described at the time of referral

3. Referral Tiers & Rewards

Rewards are based on the number of successful referrals you have accumulated:

Standard Tier (0–4 referrals)

  • You earn: $5 store credit per qualifying referral
  • Referred friend gets: 15% off their first order

Silver Tier (5–14 referrals)

  • You earn: $7 store credit per qualifying referral
  • Referred friend gets: 20% off their first order

Gold Tier (15+ referrals)

  • You earn: $10 store credit per qualifying referral
  • Referred friend gets: 25% off their first order

4. Qualifying Purchases

A “qualifying purchase” means a purchase that:

  • Is the referred user's first purchase on Printora
  • Is completed within 30 days of the referred user registering via your link
  • Has a minimum order value of $10 USD (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • Is not subsequently returned, refunded, or charged back
  • Is not placed by you, a household member, or any party acting on your behalf

Store credit for shipping, taxes, gift cards, or previously discounted items does not count toward the qualifying purchase minimum.

5. Store Credit

  • Earned store credit is added to your account within 5 business days of the qualifying purchase clearing the 45-day return window
  • Store credit can be used on any future Printora order
  • Store credit expires after 12 months of account inactivity
  • Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

6. Clawback on Returns

If a referred customer returns their qualifying purchase or receives a full refund within 45 days of the purchase date, the associated store credit reward will be reversed from your account balance.

7. Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of earned rewards, and possible account suspension:

  • Creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals
  • Referring yourself using alternative email addresses or devices
  • Coordinating fake purchases with other users
  • Posting referral links on coupon, discount, or cashback websites without prior written consent from Printora
  • Any form of spam or unsolicited mass messaging

Printora uses velocity checks, IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, and purchase behavior analysis to detect fraudulent activity. Decisions regarding fraud are final.

8. Program Modification & Termination

Printora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, any store credit already credited to accounts before the termination date will remain valid.

We may modify reward amounts or tier thresholds with 14 days' notice. Changes will not affect referrals already completed before the effective date of the change.

9. Governing Law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, consistent with Printora's general Terms of Service. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
