What is Printora?

Printora is an AI-powered print-on-demand platform where you can create unique designs using multiple AI models, customize products like t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, phone cases, and stickers, and have them printed and shipped worldwide.

Do I need an account to use Printora?

You can browse designs and products without an account. However, creating a free account lets you save designs, track orders, participate in challenges, use the Virtual Try-On feature, and access your media library.

How do I create my first design?

There are 4 ways to create on Printora: (1) AI Generation — enter a text prompt and our AI creates a design for you, (2) Upload Your Own Art — bring your existing designs, (3) Browse Community Designs — explore trending designs and remix them, or (4) Use the Canvas Editor — start with a blank canvas and build from scratch with layers, text, and images. Choose a product to preview your design on, then order or share it!

What products can I customize?

We offer t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, canvas prints, phone cases, stickers, tote bags, and more. All products use high-quality printing. You can preview your design on any product before ordering.

Is Printora free to use?

Yes! Creating an account is free and you get 5 AI design generations per day, access to all product types, instant product preview, and the ability to publish designs and earn store credit. You only pay when you order a product. Printora Pro ($9.99/mo) gives you 25 generations/day, watermark-free downloads, and 25% off every order.

AI Design Studio

Which AI models are available for design generation?

Printora offers multiple AI models including Sogni.ai (our primary model), Google Gemini, OpenAI DALL-E, and Stability AI. Each model has a distinct artistic style. You can try different models with the same prompt and pick the result you like best.

How does the canvas editor work?

The canvas editor is built on Fabric.js and gives you full creative control. You can add multiple layers, reposition and resize elements, add text with custom fonts and colors, upload your own images, and arrange everything precisely before applying the design to a product.

Can I upload my own images instead of using AI?

Absolutely. In the Design Studio, you can upload your own images (PNG, JPG, or SVG) and use them as layers on the canvas. You can combine uploaded images with AI-generated elements for a unique result.

Do I own the designs I create?

Yes. All designs you create on Printora — whether AI-generated or uploaded — belong to you. You can use them for personal or commercial purposes, download them, and apply them to any product.

What are design templates and styles?

Templates are pre-made canvas layouts that give you a head start — just swap in your own images or text. Styles are preset visual filters (e.g., watercolor, pixel art, photorealistic) that guide the AI model when generating your design.

How many designs can I generate?

Free accounts get 5 AI design generations per day. Printora Pro subscribers get 25 per day (5x more). Credits refresh daily — there is no lifetime limit. E-card image generation costs 0.5 credits per image.

Virtual Try-On

What is Virtual Try-On?

Virtual Try-On lets you upload a full-body photo of yourself and see how a product (like a t-shirt or hoodie) looks on you before you buy. It uses fashn.ai to realistically place the product on your photo.

What kind of photo works best?

Use a well-lit, full-body photo taken straight on against a simple background. Avoid heavy filters, extreme angles, or photos where your body is partially hidden. The clearer the photo, the more realistic the result.

Which products support Virtual Try-On?

Currently, Virtual Try-On supports apparel products like t-shirts and hoodies. We are working on expanding support to more product types in the future.

Where are my try-on results saved?

All your Virtual Try-On results are saved in your account dashboard under your media library. You can view, download, or share them at any time.

E-Cards & Gift Cards

How do I create an e-card?

Go to the E-Cards section and click 'Create Card'. Choose an occasion (birthday, love, thank you, congratulations, etc.), write your message, and the AI will generate a unique card design for you. Each AI image generation costs 0.5 credits. You can preview the card, then share it via a link, email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Can I share or remix an e-card?

Yes. Every e-card has a shareable link you can send to anyone. Recipients can view the card in their browser and even remix it — creating their own version of the design to send to someone else.

What are digital gift cards?

Printora gift cards are digital, Stripe-backed credits that can be purchased in various amounts and sent to anyone via email. The recipient can use the gift card balance toward any Printora product.

Can I combine a gift card with an e-card?

Yes. When purchasing a gift card, you can attach an AI-generated e-card to make it more personal. The recipient receives the e-card with a message and the gift card code together.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout or in your account settings. The balance is applied to your account and will automatically be used toward your next purchase. Remaining balances carry over.

Challenges & Community

How do design challenges work?

Printora runs weekly and monthly design challenges with specific themes. Submit your design during the entry period, then the community votes on their favorites. Winners receive prizes such as product vouchers and featured placement.

How does voting work?

During the voting period, you can browse all submitted designs and vote for your favorites. Each user gets up to 3 votes per challenge — use them wisely! Voters who participate are also entered into a random draw for voucher rewards.

What is the leaderboard?

The leaderboard ranks top designs based on total prints and remixes across the platform. It is a running tally — not tied to a single challenge — so consistently popular designs climb higher over time.

What rewards can I win?

Challenge winners typically receive Printora vouchers, free products, and a featured spotlight on the homepage. Exact prizes vary by challenge and are announced when the challenge opens. Voters can also win smaller voucher rewards through random draws.

Do I need a Pro subscription to participate?

No. Design challenges and voting are open to all registered users, free and Pro alike. However, Pro members may have an advantage since they have more AI credits to refine their submissions.

Orders & Checkout

How do I place an order?

Browse or create a design, apply it to a product, select your size and color, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping address and pay with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe.

Can I check out as a guest?

Yes. You can complete a purchase without creating an account. You will receive order confirmation and tracking via the email address you provide at checkout. However, you will not be able to track the order from a dashboard.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. After that window, the order is in production and cannot be changed. Contact support immediately if you need to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Printora never stores your card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days total for US addresses. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 150 countries. International orders typically take 10-15 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have an account, you can also view real-time tracking from your order history in the dashboard.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Printing defects and shipping damage are always covered.

Printora Pro

What is Printora Pro?

Printora Pro is a monthly subscription ($9.99/month, currently 50% off the regular $19.99) that unlocks premium features: high-resolution watermark-free design downloads, 25 AI generations per day (5x the free tier), 25% off every product order, priority AI generation, a Pro badge on your profile, and early access to new features.

What does watermark removal mean?

Free users who download their designs as image files will see a small Printora watermark. Pro subscribers can download clean, watermark-free files — perfect if you want to use your designs outside of Printora products.

How many extra AI credits do Pro members get?

Pro members get 25 AI design generations per day — that is 5 times the free tier's 5 per day. Credits refresh daily at midnight. E-card generations cost 0.5 credits each for both free and Pro users.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Creators & Partners

What is the Printora Creator Program?

The Creator Program lets designers and influencers showcase their work, build a following on the platform, and earn commissions. Creators get a public profile, featured placement, and access to analytics on how their designs perform.

How does the partner integration / API work?

Partners can integrate Printora into their own apps or websites using our Partner API. Users on partner platforms can send images to Printora, select products, and complete orders — all through a seamless embedded flow.

How do referrals work?

Every user gets a unique referral link from their dashboard. When someone signs up through your link and makes their first purchase, you earn a $5 credit. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.

How do I earn commissions as a creator?

Creators earn a commission every time someone orders a product featuring their design. Commission rates depend on your creator tier and are tracked in real time from your creator dashboard.

How does Publish & Earn work?

When you create a design, you can publish it to the community gallery. When other users order products with your published design, you earn store credit commission. Track your earnings from the dashboard. The more views and orders your designs get, the more you earn.

Do I need to handle shipping or customer service?

No. Printora handles all production, printing, shipping, and customer support. As a creator, you focus on designing and promoting — we take care of the rest.

Account & Settings

How do I update my profile?

Go to your account settings from the top-right menu. You can update your display name, profile photo, bio, and email address. Changes are saved immediately.

What is the media library?

The media library is where all your saved designs, uploaded images, AI generations, and Virtual Try-On results are stored. You can organize, download, or delete items from the library at any time.

How do I manage notifications?

In your account settings, you can control which email notifications you receive — order updates, challenge announcements, promotional offers, and more. Toggle each category on or off to suit your preferences.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account Settings and select the password section. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. If you signed up with Google, you can add a password to enable email-based login as well.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In Account Settings, scroll to the bottom and select 'Delete Account.' This will permanently remove your profile, designs, and order history. Active orders will still be fulfilled. This action cannot be undone.
